The present study handles forced-migration-related poverty as a common legal and social challenge issue. Poverty is an inherent part of every society, its handling, extent and the impact of its factors outstandingly influence migration processes. Constant economic crisis, increased poverty, hunger and social inequality all contribute to the fact that millions of people are seeking a new homeland in the hope of better living conditions. Illegal migrants are mostly driven by poverty, as well as their own social disadvantage, which keeps being uncontrollable, despite broader and broader legal migration channels.
