International audienceA thermodynamic analysis of phase equilibria in the Ti-N binary system was done. The different solution phases and intermetallic compounds were analized using thermodynamic models of the Gibbs energy. A set of self-consistent parameters has been obtained using the optimization procedure developed by Lukas et al. Good agreement is observed between the experimental information and the calculated phase diagram and thermodynamic functions
