MACHINES À INDUCTION BOBINÉES SUR DENTS

The aim of this thesis is to design a squirrel induction machine with concentrated single tooth winding. This winding is very interesting because it makes possible to obtain very short end-winding and important space saving. However, it produces many space harmonics in the airgap, giving rise to currents harmonics flowing into the cage of the machine. The latter create parasitic torques which strongly face the main torque due to the fundamental rotor current. We briefly point out how an induction machine operates and more specifically the windings of AC-machines. Then, we describe the various possible structures with concentrated single tooth winding. Thereafter, we try to reduce the space harmonics of magnetomotive force created in the airgap. We also set up a first criterion allowing to derive the geometrical parameters of stator and a second criterion to define a better machine from the point of view of the useful output.Il s'agit de concevoir une machine à induction à cage bobinée sur dents. Ce bobinage est très intéressant car il permet d'obtenir des têtes de bobines très courtes induisant un gain de place important. Cependant, il produit beaucoup d'harmoniques d'espace dans l'entrefer, donnant naissance à des harmoniques de courants parcourant la cage de la machine. Ces derniers créent des couples parasites s'opposant fortement au couple principal du au fondamental du courant rotorique. Nous rappelons brièvement le fonctionnement d'une machine asynchrone et plus spécifiquement le bobinage des machines alternatives. Nous décrivons ensuite les différentes structures possibles de bobinages sur dents. Par la suite, nous cherchons à réduire les harmoniques d'espace de force magnétomotrice créés dans l'entrefer. Nous mettons également en place un premier critère permettant de dimensionner les paramètres géométriques d'un stator ainsi qu'un second critère pour définir un meilleur moteur du point de vue de la puissance utile disponible
