The title of this research is “An Anaysis of News Headline Writing Style in Jabar.tribunnews.com Sites January 2021 Edition”. This study is motivated by a phenomenon associated with the development of online media and the manner in which people consume online media. This change requires that the media be able to attract online media readers in one way or another, namely through the use of clickbait article titles. The purpose of in this study, to identify the percentage of the headlines on the jabar.tribunnews.com website use words that countain clickbait and To identify that the jabar.tribunnews.com headlines violate the journalistic principles of writing news headline. This research is included in research using a qualitative and quantitative method with the object of this research are clickbait headline in jabar.tribunnews sites January 2021. Based on the result of the research, there are 904 news headline on jabar.tribuneews.com and region jabar rubric. And there are 498 news headline use words that contain clickbait, the percentage of clickbait headline was 55,08%. And news headline on jabar.tribunnews.com breaking the rules article one of the Indonesian Journalism Code of Ethics states that Indonesian journalists must meet the elements of accuracy, balance, and 'no bad intentions' when producing news.
