ISBN 978-90-77381-51-9International audienceThe soft error rate of a space application, an AOCS (Altitude and Orbit Control System) was evaluated by means of fault injection sessions. This application was executed with a matrix multiplication program both running in parallel on a real time operating system. Obtained results are compared with those issued while the application is executed in standalone mode. Experiments were performed on a LEON3 processor based architecture using a test platform devoted to radiation ground testing
