Abstract The purpose of this project was to provide an in-depth analysis of the personal, social, and cultural factors that have impacted my identity and identify how these have shaped my personal and professional identity. In the first section of this paper, I provided background information on all of these factors, beginning with my experiences in childhood. In the second section of this paper, I provided results from two personality assessments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory and defended why I believe my results are consistent with my sense of self.
