ISBN : 978-2-84813-153-5Reprogrammable parts such as SRAM-based FPGAs are appreciated for space and aeronautical applications. However, energetic particles present in natural environment can cause a mutation of the implemented application by creating errors in their configuration memory. The work achieved in this thesis focused on the study of an error rate prediction strategy for an application implemented in a SRAM-based FPGA. The relevance of this approach was achieved by comparing the predictions issued from fault injection campaigns with the measures obtained during radiation ground testing. A second aspect of the work concerned the development and the validation of an experiment devoted to be placed in orbit by NASA's LWS-SET scientif...
