In this thesis are reported experimental results centered on the thematic of the electronic quantum coherence at very low temperatures, obtained by very precise measurements of the quantum correction to the classical electronic transport in metallic nanostructures. We have first studied the coherence effects in network of metallic one-dimensional wires. We have shown the influence on the coherence itself of the diffusion dimensionality. By going from a macroscopic conductor to a purely mesoscopic one, we measured a crossover in the scaling of the quantum corrections amplitudes when the phase coherence length exceed the typical size of the system.
