Branch Rickey, \u2711, and Jared Genser, \u2701, may be 90 years apart in their graduation dates, but they are arm in arm as examples of the quality of students and graduates who pass through Michigan Law. Rickey integrated major league baseball when he brought Jackie Robinson to the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. Genser, founder of Freedom Now and a practicing attorney in Washington, D.C., is an internationally known champion of human rights who has won freedom for half a dozen prisoners of conscience in countries as different as China, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Myannmar
