International audienceDuring the last decade, an increasing incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into the power systems has been evidenced. ICT have enabled the improvement of the power grid control and by consequence the reliability and the flexibility of these systems. Presently, ICT are a key aspect in the smart grids development.
