The present study examines the extent to which interview communication satisfaction predicts applicants\u27 attraction to vacancies and their intent to pursue employment. A pre-postinterview research design conducted at a university placement center showed that interview communication satisfaction significantly predicted applicants\u27postinterview attraction to vacancies, whereas preinterview attraction to vacancies did not predict applicants\u27 interview communication satisfaction. It was also found that applicants\u27employment intentions were significantly influenced by the extent to which they were satisfied with the communication during interviews.
