The Criminalization of the Homeless

First, this Thesis covers the background of the criminalization of the homeless and why it is important to research this topic. Second, this Thesis analyzes several cases pertaining to the consequences that homeless people face on a day-to-day basis when trying to perform life sustaining activities. Finally, we then make suggestions on how we could implement change by law enforcement receiving proper training and changing the language of laws
