Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian Di 5 Puskesmas Kota Cirebon Menurut Permenkes Nomor 74 Tahun 2016

Currently, pharmaceutical services have shifted their orientation from drugs to patients with the concept of pharmaceutical care (pharmaceutical care). Pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge, skills and behavior in interacting directly with patients, as well as understanding the possibility of medication errors in pharmaceutical service activities. Therefore, pharmacists in carrying out their duties must be guided by the standards that have been set in order to prevent medication errors and be able to communicate with other health workers in order to increase the rational use of drugs. This study aims to examine the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards in 5 Public Health Centers in Cirebon City according to Permenkes Number 74 of 2016. The research was carried out in 5 Public Health Centers in Cirebon City on January 3-8, 2022. This research is a non-experimental research with descriptive analysis using a questionnaire. From this research, it is known that the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at 5 Puskesmas in Cirebon City touched 88.22%. Overall, it included aspects of managing pharmaceutical preparations and medical consumables by 91.71%, aspects of clinical pharmacy services at 71.15%, aspects of Pharmaceutical Resources. by 90% and aspects of quality control of pharmaceutical services by 100%. This shows that the implementation of Pharmaceutical Service Standards according to Permenkes Number 74 of 2016 in 5 Cirebon City Health Centers is in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of the study, it can be identified the factors of limited human resources and incomplete facilities that have the potential to cause suboptimal 5 Puskesmas in Cirebon City in implementing pharmaceutical service standards at Puskesmas according to Permenkes Number 74 of 2016
