Analisis Pengaruh Contract Change Order (CCO) Terhadap Cost Overrun Pada Proyek Jalan Apbd Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2017-2018

The increased of infrastructure development creates competition among the construction service providers. A good management is needed for construction service providers so that they do not experience losses and can be professional in working on a project. One of the problems in construction projects is changes in the contract (Contract Change Order) which can affect cost control. So this research is needed which develops previous research with the title "Evaluation of Important Factors Causing Cost Overrun in the Sragen Regency APBD Road Project in 2017 and 2018" which was then developed with the title " Analysis Of The Influence Of Contract Change Order (CCO) On Cost Overrun In The Sragen Regency APBD Road Project In 2017-2018”. This research was conducted by sorting out several factors causing cost overrun based on Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 articles 54 and Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 14 of 2020 articles 36–41 on contract amandements, in order to obtain 10 factors causing contract change orders. The data analysis in this study was assisted by the SPSS version 26 application program and the results showed that the most dominant factor that caused the contract change order was factor (X2.2), which was less precise in the placement of project personnel in the organizational structure. The magnitude of the influence of the change of order on the cost overrun that can be explained by regression is 46.3% and the remaining 53.7% is an influence that cannot be explained by regression
