Strategi Guru Pai Dalam Membentuk Karakter Islami Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Tawangmangu Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021

Strategy is a conscious effort to prepare students to become human beings with Islamic character in all their roles now and in the future. This study aims to describe the strategy of PAI teachers in shaping Islamic character in SMP Negeri 1 Tawangmangu and the supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping Islamic character in SMP Negeri 1 Tawangmangu. The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects are teachers and students. While the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through correlational analysis. Data analysis in the study is inductive. The results showed that the PAI teacher's strategies in shaping Islamic character in SMP Negeri 1 Tawangmangu were strategies at the ministry of education level, strategies in the form of implementing daily activities, strategies in the form of implementing programmed activities, strategies through classroom management, and strategies in growing character. islamic.
