This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Macroeconomic Policies on the 20032019 Indonesian Budget Deficit". This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic policies which include foreign debt, inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on Indonesia's 20032019 budget deficit. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2003 to 2019 obtained from BPS, Ministry of Finance, World Bank, and Bank Indonesia. The analytical tool used in this research is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) econometric model. Based on the results of the OLS analysis, it shows that the variables of foreign debt, exchange rates and interest rates have a significant effect on Indonesia's budget deficit.
