Pengaruh Mekanisme Good Orporategovernance Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Perbankan (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2019)

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on performance Banking company. Good Corporate governance in this study is proxied by institutional ownership, position of the board of directors, composition of commissioners independent, and the position of the audit committee. The sample is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019 as many as 41 banking companies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the position of the board of directors and the position of the audit committee had an effect on the company, while institutional ownership and the composition of independent commissioners had no effect on the performance of banking companies
