Manajemen Konflik Antarpribadi Pasangan Suami-Istri Dalam Pembagian Tugas Domestik Rumah Tangga Di Masa Pandemi (Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif Pasangan Dual-Earner Di Kabupaten Karanganyar)

For dual-earner couples, the demands to fulfill tasks and roles do not only come from the household but also from their work. The demands of the household and work can make it difficult for dual-earner couples to balance work and family. The rules of working from home (WFH), make women more likely to face a double burden to balance productivity and household work which is prone to lead to the emergence of household conflicts. This study aims to find out how husband-wife couples deal with household conflicts and focus on household conflicts, namely the conflict of division of tasks between the two. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with dual-earner married couples who have children. In determining the sample used purposive sampling technique as the basis of research. Researchers interviewed 4 respondents of dual-earner couples who have children under 13 years old. The results of the study indicate important points to answer the formulation of the problem and refer to the research theory, namely conflict, responsibility for children, responsibility for domestic tasks, and conflict resolution
