Analisis Postur Kerja Pada Pekerja Kantoran Dengan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment(ROSA)

Workers in the current technological era generally use computers as a tool in carrying out their work activities, one of which is workers in the HRO Department of Perum PERURI. As a result of work treatment can be up to 8 hours in one day with repeated treatment, so workers will experience complaints such as fatigue, pain in the neck, waist, soreness in the waist and saturation in the eyes due to work carried out for too long, activities carried out in front of the computer, fatigue. due to taking documents that are far enough away and the person's lifestyle in doing work so that it can attack the health of workers directly or indirectly. It is necessary to identify the causes of the risks that occur and need to make improvements to reduce them. This study has the aim of evaluating and identifying work postures and by using the ROSA method in order to produce maximum work in accordance with the application of ergonomics so as to avoid the risk of injury. The results of the evaluation using the ROSA method show that the score of workers who are worth more than 5 as many as 7 people, this shows the causes of risks such as, lack of awareness of workers about the importance of ergonomics in work, some facilities do not support such as too small table space and too much backrest. small. So it is necessary to improve facilities for supporting tools for inappropriate work treatment and it is necessary to hold a Focus Group Discussion in stages in order to understand ergonomics in the office. The results of this study can be considered as an evaluation by PERUM PERUI to reduce the risk of injury to workers
