This research is conducted to examine: (1) the direct effect of organizational justice on the employees performance; (2) the direct effect of organizational commitment on the employees performance; (3) the direct effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees performance; (4) the indirect effect of Organizational Justice on employees performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); and (5) the indirect effect of Organizational Commitment on employees performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
