The All4You2! Program addresses the Social Determinant of Health (SDoH): healthcare access and quality. The program aims to reduce adolescent pregnancies (FP-03) and increase the proportion of pregnant women who receive early and adequate prenatal care (MICH-08). The teenage pregnancy rate in 2018 in Cleveland County was 48.1 per 1,000 among the African American population and 28.7 per 1,000 among the White population, indicating a health equity issue. The All4You2! Program consists of two instructional components: skills-based lessons at Shelby High School and service-learning visits in the community. This program has successfully reduced risky behaviors linked to teen pregnancy and fostered youth development in previous implementation settings. The initiative includes nutrition education focusing on increasing preconception nutrition knowledge and consumption of iron and folic acid, aiming to increase knowledge, improve participants’ nutrition status, and set the stage for a healthy pregnancy if one were to occur.Master of Public Healt
