The All4You2! Program addresses the Social Determinant of Health (SDoH): healthcare access and quality. The program aims to reduce adolescent pregnancies (FP-03) and increase the proportion of pregnant women who receive early and adequate prenatal care (MICH-08). The teenage pregnancy rate in 2018 in Cleveland County was 48.1 per 1,000 among the African American population and 28.7 per 1,000 among the White population, indicating a health equity issue. The All4You2! Program consists of two instructional components: skills-based lessons at Shelby High School and service-learning visits in the community.
