A densidade mineral óssea (DMO) mensurada por densitometria óssea (DXA) apresenta sensibilidade limitada para predizer fraturas por fragilidade (FF). A microarquitetura trabecular (MT) é um dos principais contribuintes para a manutenção da resistência esquelética. Objetivamos realizar análise multiparamétrica da MT e da textura óssea (TO) de imagens de ressonância magnética (RM) de vértebras lombares e avaliar a correlação com a DMO e com FF na coluna vertebral.
