INTRODUÇÃO: A terapia de Ressincronização Cardíaca (TRC) apresenta benefícios bem estabelecidos em paciente que apresentam Insuficiência cardíaca (IC) com fração de ejeção reduzida e QRS largo. Apesar dos resultados positivos, aproximadamente 30% dos pacientes não obtém resposta clínica satisfatória com uso da TRC mesmo seguindo rigorosos protocolos de indicação. OBJETIVOS: Identificar variáveis eletrocardiográficas e vetorcardiográficas previamente ao implante dispositivos de ressincronização cardíaca com potencial de predição da resposta à TRC.
