In particular, include the case of tunnel junctions (metal / insulator / metal) with perpendicular magnetization which are being studied in the laboratory Spintec (UMR8191 (CEA / CNRS / UJF). These nanomaterials are deposited by physical (sputtering) in this laboratory.
