The Immaculate Conception of Our Lady in the Changes of Time. Changes and continuity between Czech XIX. century and contemporary progressive mariology

Four Marian dogmas were gradually formulated in the history of the Church. This work will focus on the dogma of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady. The aim of the work will be to present the view of Czech theologians at the time of the declaration of this dogma with regard to the contemporary and cultural context, in contrast to the perspective of contemporary mariologists, as they contextualize, interpret and defend this dogma today. The method used will be the analysis of technical texts. Keywords Mariology, Marian devotion, dogma of the Immaculate Conception, apologetics, Christian proclamation.Diplomová práce se bude věnovat dogmatu o Neposkvrněném početí Panny Marie v širších kontextech. Cílem práce bude představit českou mariologii v desetiletích kolem termínu vyhlášení dogmatu a porovnat ji se současnou mariologií tak, jak ji nacházíme od paradigmatického LG 8 až k dokumentu Mezinárodní papežské mariánské akademie Matka Páně, památka, přítomnost, naděje. V naší práci budeme vyhodnocovat nejen kontinuitu mezi českou mariologií a mariánskou zbožností 19. století na jedné straně a současnou teologickou produkcí (zejména s ohledem na dogma z roku 1854) na straně druhé, ale též se pokusíme identifikovat způsoby, jakými se dogma o Immaculatě kontextuje, interpretuje, obhajuje a hlásá dnes. Použitou metodou bude analýza a komparace textů.
