This diploma thesis focuses on constructing the school bullying, and gender differences teachers could find in the phenomenon. The critical approach to the contemporary prevailing paradigm that conceives bullying through the individualistic prism is the main theoretical frame of the thesis. The empirical part of the thesis presents the research realized by semi-structured interviews that offers a more profound understanding of how ten teachers (five women and five men) from secondary schools construct this social phenomenon and what gender differences they find in it.
