Professional ethic of teachers and ethical issues in teaching practice

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Profesní etika učitelů a etické problémy v učitelské praxi je ukázat, jak pedagogičtí pracovníci na základních školách vnímají význam a roli profesní etiky. Jaké etické problémy nejčastěji mají možnost reflektovat ve své praxi a co jim pomáhá při jejich řešení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází ze studia praktické části se pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu chce práce čtenářům zprostředkovat pohled na danou problematiku ze stran pedagogů vyučujících na základní škole.The aim of the bachelor's thesis entitled Professional ethics of teachers and ethical issues in teaching practice is to show how pedagogical staff in primary schools perceive the importance and role of professional ethics. What ethical problems do they most often have the opportunity to reflect on in their practice and what helps them to solve them. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature. In the practical part, with the help of qualitative research, the work wants to provide readers with a view of the issue from the teachers of primary school teachers.
