Conversation circles with teachers and educators of early childhood education: intervention of school and educational psychology in the context of a pandemic

This is a course conclusion work that aimed to identify, during conversations with teachers of a children's institution in a city in Minas Gerais, the possibilities of action and the contributions of the school and educational psychologist in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. To this end, a qualitative research was carried out, using the theoretical assumptions of Historical- Cultural Psychology. In this, participant observation was the chosen instrument, being developed in 07 biweekly Conversation Rounds, on the Google Meet Platform, with one hour each and the participation of 16 teachers and educators who work with children up to 5 years old. The following aspects were observed: demands and complaints from teachers and educators in this pandemic context; role of the school and educational psychologist in the mediation of relationships and conflicts during the Conversation Circles; interaction between teachers and educators with the school and educational psychologist and with their peers; forms of participation of professionals in Conversation Rounds; characteristics of teachers and how they affect group relationships and interactions during Conversation Rounds; knowledge brought by professionals who collaborate to rethink their pedagogical practice in this pandemic context. It is observed that, through the research, it was possible to reflect on the Conversation Circles as a space aimed at: collective construction, dialogue, critical reflection, proposition and implementation of alternatives that value early childhood education professionals and favor the insertion of the psychologist in this rich context of possibilities of action and contribution.Pesquisa sem auxílio de agências de fomentoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)Trata-se de um trabalho de conclusão de curso que se propôs a identificar, durante a realização de rodas de conversas com professoras e educadoras de uma instituição infantil de uma cidade mineira, as possibilidades de atuação e as contribuições do psicólogo escolar e educacional em contexto de pandemia da Covid-19. Para tal, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando- se dos pressupostos teóricos da Psicologia Histórico-Cultural. Nesta, a observação participante foi o instrumento escolhido, sendo desenvolvida em 7 Rodas de Conversa quinzenais, na Plataforma Google Meet, com uma hora de duração cada e participação de 16 professoras e educadoras que trabalham com crianças de até 5 anos de idade. Foram observados os seguintes aspectos: demandas e queixas de professoras e educadoras neste contexto de pandemia; atuação do psicólogo escolar e educacional na mediação das relações e dos conflitos durante as Rodas de Conversa; interação entre professoras e educadoras com o psicólogo escolar e educacional e com seus pares; formas de participação das profissionais nas Rodas de Conversa; características das professoras e educadoras e como elas afetam as relações e as interações do grupo durante as Rodas de Conversa; saberes trazidos pelas profissionais que colaboram para repensarem sua prática pedagógica neste contexto de pandemia. Observa-se que, através da pesquisa, foi possível refletir sobre as Rodas de Conversa enquanto um espaço voltado para: construção coletiva, diálogo, reflexão crítica, proposição e implementação de alternativas que valorizem os profissionais da educação infantil e favoreçam a inserção do psicólogo neste contexto rico de possibilidades de atuação e contribuição
