Doença de Newcastle: revisão de literatura

Brazil occupies the position of third largest producer of chicken meat and largest exporter in the world. Newcastle disease (ND) is a contagious viral disease that affects several species of birds and, once diagnosed, can generate major impacts on poultry production, directly affecting the domestic market and exports. The objective of this work is to reinforce the importance of ND in poultry production, considering the interest in maintaining the free status in Brazil and the direct impact on domestic and foreign markets. A set of preventive actions is required to prevent the occurrence of a ND outbreak and ensure the maintenance of the country's current ND-free status.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Especialização)O Brasil ocupa a posição de terceiro maior produtor mundial de carne de frango e maior exportador do mundo.
