In recent years, the development of energy storage systems for electric mobility with greater autonomy of sustainability is at the heart of development constraints of electric or hybrid vehicles resulting in the emergence of the use of management systems as well as balancing circuits. The thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a new balancing based network structure of micro-inverters (RμC) using matrices connections and appropriate control strategies.
