Introduction: Juxtarenal aneurysms after previous surgical aortic reconstruction constitute a complex clinical scenario. Open redo surgery is technically demanding and usually requires suprarenal or supraceliac clamping. Standard endovascular repair is prohibited due to the lack of a proximal landing zone.
