In arthroplasty prostheses and dental implant, titanium is an excellent biocompatible material for its advanced physical qualities and better biocompatibility. However, it was reported that high ratios of titanium particles can be liberated due to the continual loading or articulation cycles of the implant. Because bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) located adjacent to the implant are critical contributors to osseous tissue integrity, this study researched the influence of titanium particles on BMSCs' viability, proliferation, and cell skeleton.
