In this chapter some of the consequences of personality on health and adjustment are examined. Personality differences are highly predictive of resilient and coping and readjustment during stress and other challenges in life. We focus on two important outcomes in this domain – physical and mental health – and explore which personality profiles predict differences in health outcomes
