In this paper, we investigate the relationship between organisational conditions and entrepreneurial behaviour. Specifically, we analyse a bridging mechanism, named the entrepreneurial mindset, as a characteristic that aligns organisational conditions with entrepreneurial behaviour. Organisational conditions seem to influence entrepreneurial behaviour, but only to a partial extent, which could be because a mediating variable at the individual employee level, plays a role. We propose an empirical investigation of the entrepreneurial mindset as a mediating factor between the organisational conditions and entrepreneurial behaviour of employees.
