OBJECTIVE: To determine whether differences in tumor vessel architecture influence the entry of tumor-associated antigens into the circulation.STUDY DESIGN: Using an image analysis system, nine vascular parameters in samples of endometrial carcinomas stained for factor VIII-related antigen were evaluated.
