The Effect of Investment and Exports on Gross Regional Domestic Product (Grdp) in Gorontalo Province

This study aims to determine the effect of investment and exports on GRDP in Gorontalo Province. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of data from 6 regencies/cities (Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Regency, Pohuwato Regency, Bone Bolango Regency, North Gorontalo Regency and Gorontalo City) which in the 2015-2019 period were sourced from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics). statistics). The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using panel data. The results of the analysis show that the investment variable has a positive and significant influence on the GRDP of Gorontalo Province. This means that investment in Gorontalo Province can increase GRDP significantly from 2015-2019. It is said to be significant because investment is an indicator of economic growth as well as expenditures to buy capital goods and production equipment with the aim of replacing and especially increasing capital goods in the economy that will be used to produce goods and services in the future. front. The net export variable has a positive and significant influence on the GRDP of Gorontalo Province, meaning that net exports in Gorontalo Province can increase GRDP significantly from 2015-2019. It is said to be significant because net exports are an important factor in increasing regional and state economic growth.
