This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Karawang Regency. The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 employees, using saturated sampling technique. The analysis used is path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between Communication and Organizational Culture of 0.833 which means there is a very strong relationship.
