No abstractIn contemporary democracies the majority rule is widely accepted ar the only way for reacting decisiour in collective bother and the society at large. This har led to the recognition of a new set of right known as the right to equality, which are in conflict with the fundemantal right to liberty. The solution dictated by the majority rule, as expressed by the righ to equality, are interior to alternative solutior provided by the right to liberty.
