The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Agricultural Instructors at the Agricultural Extension Centers (BPP), Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. And in this case, it is the extension's performance. Data analysis was performed using descriptive techniques such as percentage, frequency, table. The results showed that of the 9 agricultural extension performance indicators in Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency were increasing (Good) based on the extension's perception. Meanwhile, out of the 9 indicators, the farmers' assessment of agricultural extension agents in Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency is (Good)
