The investigation on the analysis of air pollen samples was carried out by using a remote control helicopter in the atmosphere at six different locations in Pahang, Malaysia. Pollen in air is the main causal of allergic reactions. The objective of this research is to evaluate the number of pollen present in the air samples collected from different locations of Pahang, to identify the types of pollen based on pollen’s morphology in the air samples collected from different locations of Pahang and to identify the allergenic pollen present in the air samples collected.
