Aim: To review and examine the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions on behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia using information and communication technology. Design: This is a systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods: The databases including PubMed, CINAHL with Full Text (EBSCOhost), PsycINFO, Embase, and the Cochrane Library will be searched for all published studies. Studies will be screened and selected with criteria described in PICOS format. Risk of bias will be assessed by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence checklist.
