This research is intended to prove whether there is influence of work experience, work motivation and emotional quotient to the performance of tax consultants. The population in this research is tax consultant in Palembang city. Samples with convenience sampling method. The sample of this research is 59 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS ver. 21. The test results show the results of work experience and emotional quotient on performance.
