This study aims to determine whether workload and motivation have an influence on the performance of bank employees in the Palembang City. The population is Bank employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique uses Non Probability Sampling: Purposive Sampling. The sample criteria in this study are bank employees who have worked for more than 1 year with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25.
