This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and burnout on employee performance in the city of Palembang. Specifically, this study uses work stress and burnout as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were employees who worked in the city of Palembang. The data used in this study is primary data using purposive sampling method in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents in the city of Palembang. This study uses SPSS 23 for windows as a data processing and testing tool to be studied in this study.
