This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance by focusing on generation Y banking employees in the city of Palembang. This study used 100 samples from 11 banks in the city of Palembang. Data is collected by using questionnaires and interviews with bank employees. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive effect between organizational culture on employee performance and there is no significant effect between the work environment on employee performance.
