The aim of this thesis is to study the evolution of neutral genetic diversity within a metapopulation. We are only interested in genetic markers that have no direct effect on the selectivity of individuals.We want to understand how the interaction between the local dynamics of the different populations making up this metapopulation and their exchanges through migration structure the neutral genetic diversity at the scale of each local population as well as at the global scale of the metapopulation.To do this, we combined a model of population dynamics with a model of population genetics to describe the evolution of neutral genes within the metapopulation.
