This process is measured and calculated as the quantity of mass and energy transferred from one thermodynamic system to another and is to be determined on the basis of its transport properties. A new statistical model of the mass and energy transfer has been formulated in this paper on the bases of the most fundamental conceptions and ideas of mechanics, thermodynamics and electrodynamics.
