Research and Development Centre of Electrical Machines (BOBRME) KOMEL areas of interest include design, construction, lab and on-site tests and diagnostics of different kinds of electrical machines. At present we mostly deal with medium and large power induction machines and machines excited with permanent magnets. Komel occupies the leading position among Polish companies developing and investigating these machines. Therefore, this paper’s subject matter is limited to these two machine types.
