This paper describes problem of measurement of linear accelerations in research of linear motors. First part of the article describes possible problems which can occur during testing of linear motors. Next part takes into consideration a few possible solutions. In the next two paragraphs author describes usage of the integrated accelerometer as a best way. The linear acceleration measurements system with an infrared transmission is shown. Results of the acceleration measurement of a real linear motor are described in last paragraph
