Evaluation of the reliability and usefulness of diagnostic signals for noninvasive assessment of electrical machines states

The paper presents analyses of diagnostic signals of currents and axial flux, which were recorded in various possible available measuring points. Some detailed diagnostic analyses based on examples of the measurements made in industry and at the testing station were carried out. For current signals, there was performed an analysis of signals recorded in the secondary circuits of current transformers using Hall effect sensors and an analysis of currents recorded in the primary circuits of high voltage machines with use of Rogowski coils as well. For an axial flux it appeared which important diagnostic symptoms are possible to record using this method of measurement. Some detailed conclusions of the authors about the reliability of applied technique of measurements of currents in the primary main circuits and secondary circuits of current transformers and the usefulness of axial flux measurement method for quick initial evaluation of the machine condition are also included. In the summary submitted are recommendations and guidelines on the use of specific methods of measurement depending on the measuring capability, accuracy and particularity of the diagnosis we want to get about the condition of the machine.W artykule przedstawiono analizy sygnałów diagnostycznych prądów i strumienia poosiowego, które rejestrowano w różnych możliwych dostępnych punktach pomiarowych. Na przykładach wykonanych pomiarów na stacji prób i w laboratorium badawczym przeprowadzono szczegółowe analizy diagnostyczne. Dla sygnałów prądowych przeprowadzono analizę sygnałów rejestrowanych w obwodach wtórnych przekładników prądowych przy pomocy przetworników hallotronowych oraz prądów rejestrowanych w obwodach pierwotnych maszyn wysokonapięciowych przy użyciu cewek Rogowskiego. Dla strumienia poosiowego pokazano, jakie istotne symptomy diagnostyczne są możliwe do zarejestrowania przy pomocy tej metody pomiarowej. Przedstawiono szczegółowe wnioski autorów co do wiarygodności stosowanych pomiarów prądów w obwodach pierwotnych i obwodach wtórnych przekładników oraz przydatności metody pomiaru strumienia poosiowego do szybkiej wstępnej oceny stanu maszyny. W podsumowaniu przedstawiono zalecenia i wytyczne co do użycia konkretnych metod pomiarowych w zależności od możliwości pomiarowych i dokładności oraz szczegółowości diagnozy, którą chcemy uzyskać co do stanu maszyny
